- There is no "one size fits all" practice management agreement. Clinical Colleagues begins each relationship by asking insightful questions, thus assuring that clients receive a customized solution to their service issues. Our understanding of their current situation and service needs coupled with our expertise, allows clients of Clinical Colleagues to experience the best possible service model.
- The finest anesthesia and hospitalist practices have the benefit of excellent clinical leadership and administrative support. We deliver this benefit when Clinical Colleagues recruits and contracts with an on-site Medical Director who leads the team of well qualified providers, demonstrating clinical excellence and personal integrity. The site Medical Director works with and is supported by Clinical Colleagues' Regional Medical Officers as well as a knowledgeable and fair management team.
- Clinical Colleagues clients confidently rely on our billing organization's experience and expertise, thus assuring that all billing and collections for services rendered at their site are thorough, complete, and HCFA and HIPAA compliant.
- Maintaining quality of care requires vigilance and an organized approach. With the input and guidance of our Regional Medical Officers, Clinical Colleagues supports the delivery of quality care by working with the site Medical Director to craft a program which establishes expectations, defines the standards-of-care, identifies problems, develops corrective actions, provides education, measures outcomes, performs trending analyses, and re-evaluates effectiveness of corrective action taken.
- Client Administrators and Medical Staff want assurance that the contracted team of providers is consistently meeting the standards of care. In order to offer such assurance, Clinical Colleagues provides an aggressive and proactive Risk Management program, which is developed and coordinated by Clinical Colleagues leadership staff and is in compliance with ASA, ACR, ACOG, JCAHO and other relevant standards.
