When you work with Clinical Colleagues:

  • You are a member of a team of committed professionals.
  • Clinical Colleagues recruits full-time hospitalists who are dedicated to clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Clinical Colleagues recruits full-time anesthesiologists who are Board Certified.
    • Clinical Colleagues recruits full-time CRNAs who have the ability to work independently in a variety of clinical settings as required.
    • Part-time providers are only utilized if the needs of the hospital do not support an additional full-time provider.
    • You sign a two year, renewable agreement to provide services and are paid as Independent Contractor.
  • Your compensation reflects a competitive, market rate.
  • Your monthly schedules are created by the site Chief of Service.
  • Call is shared equally and when someone has an unexpected personal emergency, members of the team are able to provide coverage.
  • The staffing model and budget anticipates that each provider will take six weeks of time off annually.
