Managing Partner

Paul Gerdes has more than twenty years of management, sales, and leadership experience in Physician Practice Management, concentrated in Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Radiology, Inpatient, as well as patient billing services. He earned his Bachelor's degree at Trinity College in North Dakota. Paul began his practice management career serving as a Regional Director for a national practice management organization. Most recently he has served as Vice President of Business Development for an East Coast based practice management organization. It was there that Paul developed and managed this company's first combined ED and Anesthesia contract including responsibility for the start-up operation.

As founder of Clinical Partners, Inc., Paul assisted in its development and growth. In all of his interactions, Paul demonstrates his keen sense of humor and friendly, professional demeanor while providing strong leadership and contract management. Hospital administrators and physicians appreciate Paul's ability to ask insightful questions and achieve a complete understanding of the client's current situation and their service needs. Paul works with his colleagues to develop and deliver creative, cost effective solutions and he:

• Develops service contracts for individual hospitals and large multi-hospital system
• Successfully starts new contracts through restructured recruiting/staffing teams and improved client services
• Assists clients with regulatory compliance issues, public relations, risk management, financial reimbursement, and hospital in-services
• Develops and implemented Regional Medical Directors client services
• Consistently interacts closely with executive staff and physician leadership on key company issues and new business development in order to achieve the highest client and practitioner satisfaction
