Barbara McDonald has more than 25 years of experience in operational
and financial aspects of physician practice management and hospital
services. Prior to joining Clinical Colleagues, Inc., Barbara served
as Vice President of Operations and Regional Client Administrator for
a national physician practice management organization where she had
direct profit and loss responsibility for annual revenues of $44
million, as well as operational oversight of all support functions.
She has also served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for
a Philadelphia-based health system, and as an Accountant of a home
health company. Barbara has also provided consulting services to
physician practices in the areas of strategic planning, contract
negotiations, and marketing. She earned an MBA in Finance from
Temple University in Pennsylvania and a Bachelor degree in
Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
