Barbara P. McDonald

Vice President, Operational and Financial Services

Barbara McDonald has more than 25 years of healthcare experience in operational and financial aspects of physician practice management and hospital services. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Temple University. Barbara began her career as an accountant with a Philadelphia-based home health company before serving as the Vice President of Finance and Operations for health systems in the Philadelphia area. She has also provided consulting services to physician practices in the areas of strategic planning, contract negotiations, and marketing. Most recently, Barbara was a Regional Client Administrator and Vice President of Operations for a national physician practice management organization where she had direct profit and loss responsibility for annual revenues of $44 million, as well as operational oversight of all support functions.

Barbara's broad background in operational and financial management brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our clients. She works with the management team to implement proven and creative strategies to ensure long-term, stable relationships with clients and clinicians, and she:
