Anesthesiology for Providers
As the name "Clinical Colleagues" implies, our objective is to establish "strategic" collegial relationships with hospitals, physicians, and certified nurse anesthetists ("CRNAs"). We accomplish this by developing successful hospital-based independent anesthesiology practices and provide high quality clinical and management services. Here is what you can expect when you contract with Clinical Colleagues:
- A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS DEDICATED TO YOUR HOSPITAL. First and foremost, Clinical Colleagues develops a permanent, locally-based, and locally empowered anesthesiology practice. You will work with a well-trained, collegial team of physicians and CRNAs.
- COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION. As Independent Contractors, physicians and CRNAs are paid a competitive regional market rate that reflects the experience and service requirements of the contract. Your checks will be prepared and sent on a bi-monthly basis.

Clinical Colleagues recruits but more importantly, retains the highest caliber anesthesiologists and CRNAs who have a commitment to patient and customer satisfaction. The Clinical Colleagues clinical team provides excellent patient care in a safe, ethical, and financially responsible manner without compromise to quality of care. The Clinical Colleagues administrative team consistently provides high quality and timely administrative support.
